Chaotic Neutral: The description seems to fit me pretty well. I would be more of the "having a goal in mind" rather than an aimless wanderer. I also do plan things out but no one but me is involved in my scheming. My scheming does not always benefit everyone, but always benefits me.

I have always been wondering, is there one that is between Lawful and neutral? Like what happens your Lawful good and your government is evil and you want to rise up against it but for justice, good and etc. Would you have to obey them or is there another name for that morality or would you still be lawful good?

me and my friend have been arguing this, it may just be because I hate the title of Neutral good.

anyway I have made my own mortality just in case, Independant Good, Obey the govt like lawful exept you stand up to them if they are bad or make evil choices. (still good though)

In video games, I try to be the most evil thing to ever befall the characters in that video game world, so chaotic evil.

In real life, I match mostly to chaotic neutral.

In reality I'm probably regular old Neutral like most everybody else (even though they'd hate to admit it). In games, I'm Chaotic Evil.

Lawful good most of the times, but when I drink I become chaotic neutral. So I avoid drinking these days.

You know I've often asked a similar thing except with neutral good and chaotic good, I mean both will break laws for the greater good and it's not like chaotic good will go around breaking "good" laws just for the sake of breaking laws.

But I think in your scenario a lawful good will try to work within the system to bring about change, they'll be a lawyer or politician or civil rights leader and work to change the government without resorting to insurrection. On a lesser scale they might be the one clean cop in a crooked precinct or a teacher carefully teaching their students with a minimum of propaganda. But ultimately you've got to remember that if a Lawful good character has no other choice than the law or the greater good, they're supposed to take the good option, they just risk heaiver ramifications (both in possible alignment change and in societal reactions in general). Often a clever Lawful good will find a third option that saves the day without breaking any laws.

Neutral good.
I always wondered why I keep ending up being taken advantage of by other people. Seems I was always too much of a good person. -_-

Lawful good. I like rules, rules are the best, but rules get in the way of "good" sometimes, and I do have trouble with that.

I do find it odd that Batman is listed under "lawful good", since he doesn't play by the rules, as a matter of fact, that's kind-of the whole point of vigilantism; he operates outside of the law to do what the law can't.

Especially since he is a spiritual successor to Zorro, who ends up in the "Neutral Good".

Nifty read.

At least in games, I tend to be Lawful Evil.

I shall bend the laws so that they benifit me and me only. Things like murdering someone and then blaming it succesfully on my next target just makes me fell awesome. Know one will know it was me...

I am Neutral Good! At least I think so.

None of those describe me very well.
Well, this is a spectrum between Mother Teresa and Genocide (for kicks!) so you are in there somewhere. What you should probably do is read each alignment individually (read Good, Evil, Neutral. Then Lawful, Chaotic, Neutral) and decide from there.

I'd rather stick to real world definitions of morality, and in that sense, my moral code is a mixture of Scholastic, Confucian, and Enlightenment ideas.

I'd say that I am chaotic good. I used to be lawful good but I've realized that all most governments and bureaucracies are good for is to simply get in a man's way
