Lots of fancy voice control....
Updated Kinect... and an updated controller (with no actual changes specified)
Better Cloud services.....
EA SPORTS!!!! .... WOW A PARTNERSHIP BETWEEN EA AND MICROSOFT!!! I'M SO SHOCKED 0o0!!!
LIONEL MESSI!??!?!!?!? ffff-FFF-FIFA 14!!!!! I GOTTA BUY THIS!!! NAOOOOOOO!!!
Better graphics... sigh...
Forza 5, Quantum Break, Halo 5 News.....k nvm..... its a halo TV Show... back to TV stuff.
CoD........ with a "new" story and a "new" world with "new" characters.....and (SHOCK) A NEW ENGINE!!!
Abrupt end.
So the new Xbox just made its debut and to be honest I can't say that I'm impressed. Compared to the things currently being done for the PC, such as the Oculus Rift, I don't see anything particularly innovative or interesting. All I see is an upgraded 360 with TV and voice control, nothing that actually pushes gaming to a new level. NOTHING.
Better graphics----------PC
Better games-------------PC
Better Multiplayer-------PC
Better TV---------------My TV
Fun factor------------(Relative)
There's no doubt that I'm a little excited since I've been using a 360 as my main but I can't help but feel worried that the new generation will focus on gimmicks and "fake" innovation. I know that a new console is just supposed to upgrade existing hardware but I just don't see enough, I feel like something's lacking. And before anyone points out, I know that the MS exec said that they'll reveal more at E3 but all I saw was 3 games, that's it. They dedicate 3/4 of the whole presentation for other stuff and I get to see 3 pre-rendered cut scenes that all give me a vague picture of what the game actually looks like.
Sorry but I'm complaining because it all seems like pointless presentation made to increase share price in order to please shareholders. So I guess it's time to sell MS shares, then buy before E3. Then sell 'em again after E3.
By the way, I know that the guy who presented Ghosts said that it was in-game footage or something but all COD games look like ass when I put them up on my TV, even when the "in-game" trailers look good (because of my TV's size).
TLDR; I'm complaining about the new xbox and I'm asking for your opinion.
