That depends. For the most part, I like them chewy, but in the case of Oreos, a crunch is required.

The funniest thing about this thread is that when I clicked it I thought "Oh!! Tacos!"

Anyway, soft chewy cookies will always be number one. I love your standard chocolate chip, peanut butter, et cetera, but my absolute favorite are oatmeal M&M. Texture plus gooey chocolate... FTW.
