Poll: Sonic Adventure 2 and NiGHTS into Dreams have confirmed release date.

So finally, both Sonic Adventure 2 and NiGHTS into Dreams have the release dates for XBLA and PSN (nothing on Steam, I'm afraid for those PC Sega fans)

PSN has 3 day head start on XBLA with both games releasing there on the 2nd October for $9.99 USD (nothing on other pricing anywhere else). Xbox owners will then have the chance to join in on the 5th October for 800 Microsoft Points.

For Sonic Adventure 2 you will be able to "upgrade" to Battle Mode for an extra $3/240 Microsoft Points, much like SEGA did previous with Sonic Adventure and the DX Director's Cut add-on. Battle mode includes more maps and characters (basically to make it like the Gamecube version of Sonic Adventure 2) including Chao Karate.

For NiGHTS into Dreams, people who buy the title will be able to experience "Christmas NiGHTS" which was previous only obtainable via a Saturn holiday bundle or game/magazine promotions.

So what are everybody's thoughts on this? Are you going to get either or both of them?

Definitely in for NiGHTS, not sure about SA2. I wonder if its for international release or just in the US. (Doesn't really phase me either way, I have a US PSN account).

I would get Sonic Adventure DX and Sonic Adventure 2 Battle on PSN, but I already have physical copies of both games for my Gamecube. D: Well I suppose if something ends up happening to them, I can always get the games for PSN.

To be totally honest, I will probably buy Sonic Adventure 2 HD mostly (if not solely) for the Chao Garden. While I enjoyed Sonic Adventure 2 in general, the Chao Garden just holds so many good memories from my childhood.
