Poll: Sonic in Brawl vs. Sonic Unleashed

I think we all know who will win. Though I know versus threads are discouraged, I thought I would point out how ironic it is that Nintendo has done a better job with Sonic than SEGA. I know Brawl is made by HAL, but it was published by Nintendo, and HAL is a Nintendo second party.

SEGA should somehow get HAL to make the next Sonic game =P

Hmmm, which is better? Sonic in a game where he moves at super-sonic speed? Or Sonic channeling Dr Jekyl and Mr. Hyde (both the character and the terrible game). Simple choice there.

Hmm, I certainly prefer the brawl sonic to the werehog, but I think maybe daytime sonic moves faster in unleashed.

Eh, it was slower the past two, but I still really enjoyed it.

Yeah, I enjoyed it too, don't get me wrong. But it just lacked the speed and finesse that made Melee such amongst me and my buddies.

I thought he was a terrible charcter in brawl, then one of my cousins worked out that his smash ball move was easily the best in the game and started winning as him. His only strategy is to go after the smash ball but he proved me wrong about him being a bad character (still doesn't want make me want to go sonic though.)

Judging by that standard I'd have to say he was a lot better in brawl than in unleashed.

Properly played, Sonic in Brawl is the top character for hit-and run attacks as well as quick combos. Meanwhile, in the other corner you have this wolf-hog monstrosity.

Doesn't take much to figure out which one is faithful to the original portrayal of Sonic.
