Ok so i got a badge for being online on christmas, tell me do you think this is a good thing or a bad thing? i mean i love free badges but getting something for having no friends or social life makes me a bit uneasy, what do the rest of you think?

Firsly, it's maybe not mabey, Secondly, all you have to do to get the badge is to be online sometime at christmas, so after you spend the day doing fun stuff you just log in sometime during the night and that's that. I doubt anyone actually spent all of christmas online, but if they did I can see why. It's not that much of a sin.
being on a computer, more specifically on a forum, it pretty commonplace nowadays. I wouldn't exactly call yourself or others a no-lifer for checking the internet. How many of your friends really want to be hanging out or having a party ON christmas?

A little bit, just barely. Like, right now, I'm online simply because I have nothing to do at the moment. I mostly got clothes for Christmas, plus a CD and a few DVDs, a book, a game and so on. Since I left my Xbox at university I can't play said game (Assassin's Creed 2) until early January when I go back, so for a while I'll be playing Dawn of War again online. Later on I'll probably be playing games or something with my family (we were playing Charades last night, pretty fun actually 
). So I'm just on here now to check my emails, send my friends Christmas greetings through Facebook, and so on.

There's no reason not to be online at christmas. I'm sorting out all my music to go on my new ipod, and browsing the internet at the same time. Nothing wrong with it.
