Just to see any new announcements.Sean.Devlin said:Can you explain why? To laugh at the VGAs?Armored Prayer said:Despite it being bad I'm still going to watch itbecause I hate myself.
For GOTY I'm hoping Black Ops and Reach
That would be heartbreaking, and is seeming more and more likely. The EA declaration a few days ago that single-player only games are finished and the constant rumors that the VGA reveal will be either a multiplayer Mass Effect spin-off or will be Mass Effect 3 with a multiplayer component is pretty discouraging.Bourne Endeavor said:Not available in Canada, so no. I will be keeping tabs on them in hopes the Mass Effect unveiling is not a disastrous multiplayer announcement for ME3 that is being rumored.

If the game turns out to be a spin-off with multiplayer, I wouldn't fret so much. But if it is Mass Effect 3 with multiplayer, I will scream. Multiplayer tends to take away from the single-player portions of games (though I was just proven wrong on this with Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood). I would rather Bioware's first foray (as far as I'm aware) into multiplayer be with a game that's had roughly 80 hours of build-up from it's predecessors. Concentrate on finishing the trilogy, Bioware!
Same, people hate things that are popular I went in last year never befor watching a VGA and ending up enjoying it a lot.Xathos said:Sure. Watched last years VGAs and it was ok, though it was my first time watching the VGAs. Actually enjoyed watching it. Guess I don't really see why people don't like it.
Apologies. For what it's worth, the EA Store brief appearance of Mass Effect 3 gives a little hope (especially Kotaku's take on it).Nimcha said:You're scaring meDustyDrB said:That would be heartbreaking, and is seeming more and more likely. Don't play the hate on it because it's popular card. One: it's Spike, not ABC or some major network. Two: It's Spike, the channel that can't go one minute without some adolescent sexual fantasy gracing the screen with Nickelback's latest hit providing the soundtrack. It's not hard to see why the channel draws the ire of many.Korten12 said:Same, people hate things that are popular I went in last year never befor watching a VGA and ending up enjoying it a lot.Xathos said:Sure.
