Poll: split/second over blur?

So me and my friend(who is a girl). Were talking, and she is going to get xbox and possible live. She loves racing games and asked me what to get. I said split/second but then she asked "what about blur?" so i showed her the trailers. i love split/second Velocity but i saw blur and it raised the question "WHICH IS BETTER"? so im asking from other gamers, split second or blur?

It's PGR with power-ups. Good power-ups.

Also: Split Second has clunky feeling car control in split-screen (not played other modes of multi-player) but apparently control is crystal in single.

Only played a bit of Blur.

I can't choose between them myself.

I'll likely go for Blur, because there seems to be more people playing it. Then again, Split/Second seems to be a more reasonable price just now, so might pick it up sooner, Blur later.
