Poll: Star Fox

What game in the franchise was your favourite, and why?
Mine is Star Fox 64, as I assume most other people's choice will be, just because of the sheer excitement of it, trying to get all the upgrades and kill everyone and go through all the rings all at the same time. Adventures is second though, I thought it was an okay game.

Also, would you want to see a continuation of the franchise on the Wii or whatever, or should Fox go die with the blue hedgehog?

My favorite was the original Star Fox, followed by Star Fox 64. I think that a continuation would be nice, as long as they bring back the flying only aspects to it.

the only 2 i ever played were starfox 64 (the version i had was called lylatwars) and starfox adventure. i thought 64 was brilliant, but adventure just didn't seem fun to me.

The closest I've come to playing a Star Fox game was the trial version of one they had on Brawl. I think it was the N64 one, but I'm not too sure.
Even though you only got about two minutes, it was pretty fun.

64, you just can't beat the variety of the levels, that and I loved the different paths to Andross in the end. If that hasn't convinced you then 3 words, Star Wolf Dogfights... Those were AWESOME (after I finally realized how to shoot down Wolf).

I agree with the OP's opinion on his first and second place. Star Fox 64 is an experience unmatched in any of the newer ones, an amazing game, that I need to get on the virtual console. And Adventures... it was just fun! I don't even know why, because many aspects of the way the game looks seem like they should be screaming "this game is shit" but it's actually one of my favorite games.

Just for clarification, Starfox 64 was called Lylat Wars in Europe.
