I've seen all of them, in general I rate the original trilogy much higher than the remakes. I'm not impressed by some of the changes inserted into the originals retroactively either.
As much as I'm looking forward to the 2011 Bioware MMORPG, I have my doubts as to whether they will be able to do anything really good with it. Truthfully the MMORPG they are developing seems like it's going to be a giant exercise in Sith Fanboyism, and Jedi curbstomping despite the fact that The Sith are supposed to be so totally wiped out in this war nobody even knows what they are anymore come the timeline of the movies. Despite the way how this reads, I'd actually prefer factional balance... but this really seems to be going to the Sith in a lot of what I'm seeing and reading.
Even with the release of the Jedi character information, I can't help but notice that the Jedi characters still seem generic as all get out, while the Sith seem really fleshed out and awesome. Definatly showing who the designers appear to be favoring. I also have yet to see any full blow trailers (not gameplay videos) with the Jedi as anything other as victims. The last trailer distributed widely enough for me to catch it basically had the Sith and bad guys flying a ship into a building and cutting loose with a massive beatdown.
