I said 'Well Done' in the poll because I like mine cooked properly, so it isn't pink at all but isn't burnt to a crisp either. I think, however, OP, that your poll needs some improvement slightly. What country classifications are we talking about here? I mean, here in the UK if you order a steak to be done 'Rare', then it comes back quite pink but still cooked. In France or the USA (from my own experience) if you order a 'Rare' steak it comes back almost raw and bloody (fortunately that's how my dad likes it and he was the one ordering it). So what country are we talking about here? I'm assuming USA, though I may be wrong...

And as far as my favourite steak, you do get chicken steaks, don't you? That has to be my favourite simply because I'm a sucker for poultry ;)

Nitpicking this may be, but nitpick I shall. What kind of god-forsaken order are those options in? Surely they should go least cooked to most cooked or visa-versa. Curse your disorganised soul!

I've never tried it raw, but I really want to.

They have Steak Tartare in France which is just raw, minced steak mixed with herbs and the like. Sometimes, I understand, they put a raw egg on top of it to finish. Or maybe it's just the yolk?

Heck, I dunno, but raw steak I'd love to try.

At the moment, though, rare has never let me down.

Who needs pepper sauce? Not when I've got blood, I don't.

Med rare with just a touch of sea salt, black pepper, and red pepper.
