Hate should be easy. Disgust, resentment or other such emotions would require you to get off the internet and stop reading the news.

Hate like love is pretty necessary for a human being. You don't like this so you rectify that. You don't like a politician so you campaign or vote for the opposition. Someone who doesn't at least somewhat dislike has achieved a sort of enlightenment, but has also probably become somewhat apathetic.

Try driving in Sydney for 10 minutes without the urge to hurl green shells at every other person on the roads. I couldn't go 24h :p
I've heard you Sydneysiders have some bad traffic, have heart though, at least you aren't stuck in Brisbane. It's not a bad place, but I'm stuck in the Western suburbs and I swear to good, the Bogan to Normal people ratio is about 4 to 1. The CBD is alright and so is Uni, but my God, the Bogans, they're a plague is what they are.
What is it about the west? You say you have them there, we've got them out west here, and I've heard Perth is nothing but (sorry to anyone from Perth). Do we put magnets in our beer or something?

I do it most of the time now. Internet does a lot to make you angry until you realise anger gets you no where and anger itself grows from itself from the frustration is causes. I realised I only liked it when my anger was relieved, not actually getting angry or allowing myself to be aggressive or cruel.

I've realised my anger in the past has only hurt myself and I didn't feel the least bit good about how my anger hurt others.

I doubt I'd call myself apathetic - Naive would be the more commonly used term for it.

I...don't really dislike much, and hate is pretty much out of the question. So going twenty four hours without feeling hate? Very easily done.

Are you nuts, if we all stop bitching about EA and quoting that Jim Sterling "shot themselves in the foot line" we all might stop existing.

Well, today is over in 45 minutes and I don't I hated anything or anyone at all today, despite having to have a ride on public transport for 2 hours and having a job interview.
If I did hate something it obviously wasn't too much, because I can't remember. :p

Seeing how I rarely do "hate" things, I think I can pull it off. I'm too laid-back to really hate anything right now.

Seriously, I just don't get mad over things. You don't have to get mad, just get even. You have to realise that your tormentors LIKE IT when you get mad, they don't like it when you calmly and coolly plan how to stop them.

In order for me not to hate anything, I'd probably have to get off the internet. But since I ain't willing to do that, no can do I'm afraid. Oh well.

Vebal hate, yeah. Easy. But thinking hate? It's too hard. Uncontrolable. Lotta dickheads where I live. A lot of them. To hard.

Pretty easy. I mean I'm quite apathetic about things, so like why would you care enough to actually hate something for most of your life. Just a waste of energy IMHO

Maybe if I had loads of beer, a gas tank that never gets depleted for my boat, a really nice day and a spotify premium account...maybe.

No, nor do I feel any desire to. I'm not ashamed of my hatred. The things I hate are contemptible, and deserving of my contempt. I would not reward them by treating them with anything less then they deserve.

Ironically much of my outrage, resentment, and disgust is directed at all the people who keep hating on everything.

Nevertheless, I suppose if I stayed completely off the Internet for 24 hrs. I might be able to pull it off.

I'm going to simply inject the proper semantics into the question:

Could I let go of all hate for anything I interact with or experience in a day? Yes, and I've done so, one of the benefits of weekly Qigong sessions. Truth be told, most things only register as annoyance or frustration before they're gone--it's rare for me to actually hate anything.

I could possibly pull it off as long as I had zero interaction with society and the neighbors mongrels would not bark a shit storm every 5 minuets because a gnat farted three states over.
