I'm from teh UK and I've never seen a Quiznos. Subways on the other hand have appeared rapidly over the last few years.

So where growing internationally is concerned I think Subway has the upper hand.

I prefer Subway, but without my opinion getting in the way, I would still say Subway is winning by FAR. I don't even know if there's a quiznos within 20 miles of my house.

Publix Deli has the best goddamn subs I've ever had.

But if I had to choose between the two, I'd say Subway. Even though every last thing about their restaurants is more slick and wet than a public bathroom.
I agree. This man right here is right.

To bad theres no Publix near where I live.

i prefer quiznos more. subway is ok but they use way too much processed and crap meat for their sandwiches. they try for the whole "healthy" angle but most of the sandwiches on their menu are anything but healthy

quiznos on the other hand uses quality meat and the stuff they use is more healthy due to the quality of it. they don't use a lot of cold cuts and processed meats.

as for the choice of toppings, a lot of them that people want on the sandwich will actually ruin the taste of the sandwich and make it not as good

Same. No such thing as Quiznos in Poland either.

But we don't have Quiznos nor Subway. Hah!

But from what we have here, I much prefer Hesburger. They have that fuckin' delicious cucumber mayonnaise. I don't think there's anything better than that.

No Quiznos in England.
Not quite, but they are fairly rare. There's 16 across the UK - 13 in England, two in Scotland and one in Northern Ireland.

Not that it really matters, I find them pretty much interchangeable. I tend to go to Subway more often just because there's more of them around, but I usually go to Quiznos if I'm in Brighton just because it's got a reasonable seating area and saves the effort of walking back up the hill to Subway.

Neither. Both charge near $13 for a fucking sandwhich I could've made myself for less than $1.50

If we're talking quality and value for money, neither. Subway is ok but expensive for what you're getting, and there's only one Quiznos in Manchester. Never tried it either so couldn't comment there. If I want a decent footlong sub with everything for cheap I can get one from a lovely little sammich shop not far from work.

If however we're talking brand awareness, it's Subway all the way in the UK.

Subway is the place to go for a quick, cheap lunch. Quiznos is more expensive and more fancy. Depends on what I want, there both good.

But still, more important is not the chain, but the individual restaurant.

Well, in consideration, I think that Subway is probably having more sucess than Quiznos because they are more internationally known, however Quiznos has much tastier subs and more reasonable prices than Subway which is why I like Quiznos much more. I mean at Quiznos you can choose to have a 4 dollar torpedo, 3 dollar bullet or even a 2 dollar sammie, while Subway only has 5 dollar footlongs and one of the most annoying advertisements on the planet. However, when considering the best tasting sub, none of them stands up to the might of a Big John's steak and onion sandwhich, that beats both Subway and Quiznos by far.
