1, definatly. 2 seems to be more like a C&C clone, its lost its awesomness.
i think it would be possible to fix it with some extreamly dramatic rescaleing and rebalancing though.

Edit: 2 has no memory leak though, sigh.

I honestly can't decide.
They're both very different games...
One was substantially harder than Two, but two has it's own cool features...
They're both pretty slow paced as you start and escalate into pretty epic battles.
As of now I'm undecided...
Maybe someone'll make a good point or two to sway me.
