Bounty Hunter, most definitely. Most style, most personality and most freedom on the Empire side. At least, out of all the classes I played (Trooper, Knight, Warrior, Inquisitor).
Inquisitor is the runner up, followed by the Trooper and then the Jedi Knight.

Those 2 for starters but Legacy unlocks new races at later levels so will probably leave any other alts until I see what they have ... I'm crossing my fingers to have an Ewok Bounty Hunter.
I've been in the beta for a fair while so the story is spoiled for me anyway. I'll go through it properly once the head start begins but I already know whats going to happen anyway.
There are a few things I want to change up about my Sorc's spec but i'll have a fiddle with it once it's released i'm still bug hunting at the moment.

I really loved the Imperial Agent, it was quite fresh by Star Wars standards and I love the story. I also want to make a Sith Inquisitor: Sorcerer, because who doesn't love lightsabers and lightning.
I'm kind of curious about the smuggler class. It seems like it has potential to have a really good story too.

It's more up to my friends than me. If more of my friends are Republic, then Smuggler (with the subclass that isn't gunslinger...the other one). If most of them choose Empire, than Bounty Hunter (again, the second subclass).
im gonna rock with the jedi knight sentinel i loved it during the beta and its really fun plus i love the dual lightsaber fun and for some reason i really love how jedi robes look so yeah xD dont judge >.> plus the empire is gonna be so over crowded at the start its gonna be ridiculous soo im gonna roll republic at the start at least im also gonna most likely level a trooper on my free time played it during the beta and had lots of fun with it
Oh, I'm going to be a Sith Warrior. As for my advanced class, I'll go Juggernaut. That's right. I'm the Juggernaut, *****! Definitely gonna tank.
I'm thinking that for alts I'll make a Bounty Hunter as a mercenary and a Sith Inquisitor, though I'm not sure what advanced class to go. I'm not sure how I'll spec them. Probably one of those will heal, but it depends on what the other people I play with do. I'm curious to try healing as a Bounty Hunter, but I'm not too sure how that will work out.

Definately Jedi Knight! The more I play/watch/talk about/experience star wars in anyway the more I love lightsabers! They are f-ing bad-arse! Every game should have some sort of unlockable/mode that involves lightsabers somehow! CoD Lightsaber edition, MGS using only lightsabers (Hmmm... they would probably give you away a bit!

While i didn't love the smugglers comabt persay, I saw potential. But the stroy is what I like, I love being the inbetwwen good guy. I liked Bounty hunter also, I like being the good guy in a bad life doing what he can to make things better, plus he was fun to play.
