Sounds like you are going through the same problem I was going through a few years back. Back then all I had was a 360, and it was a time before Microsoft had re-re-re-re-released the 360 to fix the RROD issues, and I was sick of replacing my 360 after the 4th RROD.
I opted out for a PC upgrade, and I was much happier with my decision.
A short time later, I decided to get a PS3.
^It was right then that I realized, that the 360 doesn't offer much exclusives. Halo? Gears of War? Not exactly deal-breakers for me. Whatever the 360 has that isn't on PS3, is usually available on PC. 360 is the more "western" console, and I believe PC gaming is largely western as well. So naturally there's a lot of overlap between the two because of that.
So the PS3 offered more things I didn't have access to with a PC, and had quite a bit of interest in. And the PSN store had tons more things I wanted as well. Blu ray is a nice plus too.
I now own a 360, again. The only reason I got it was to play with friends who don't own a PS3 or a gaming PC. A grand majority of my console games are on PS3, with just a few multiplayer games on 360.
The games you listed are all worth playing even with the other console gen allegedly getting closer to arriving. Either way, you might be happier with a PS3 than a 360 - but I would try to hang on to your 360 too if possible, just to have it in case it will come out with something you'd want. Best of both worlds, they say.
