I have a drake that I drew on top of my left forearm. It's something I drew myself and it looks pretty k-rad. I think of it as one of my totems, and it has actually helped me build up courage for some daring leaps, both real and symbolic, in my life.

I have plans to get a griffin on my right forearm when I have children, to symbolize my staunch protection of them.

Plus, when I cross my arms for pictures, it'll look like they're fighting.

Awesome.

I love my tattoos. I have a Celtic band around my forearm, with an eye in the middle of it. I also have a Celtic shield design on my elbow, and an old Celtic hound on my shoulder blade on the same arm. I plan on connecting them them all into one, mostly solid black, sleeve of ancient kickassery.

Because I like the design and Thor is the god of thunder and my name means thunder.
Awesome. Me and my tattoo artist are pretty big on Scandinavian/Germanic/Celtic culture. I'd be a little careful, though. Skinheads use a lot of viking imagery and symbols in their gang tattoos. But I think you'd be ok with just a Mjolnir somewhere.

I don't have one and probably wouldn't get one, but I don't mind small tattoos. I think big ones are ugly, but whatever, to each his own.

Thats my tattoo. It's an almost full sleeve, it just needs my tricep done to be a full sleeve.

It needs some touching up though, some of the ink has kind of faded.

I plan on getting my back covered and my other arm.

I have a Celtic Knot on my right shoulder blade, as both pride in my Celtic heritage and, more so, a memorial for my grandmother. My dad has the same one, although bigger. I will get more too. One (or maybe technically more) that I know for sure will be if and when I have kids, I'll get their names on my chest in a nice, flowing, but easily legible script.

I've got a half sleeve of three japanese skulls immersed in water and cherry blossoms, and I've got a pantera Cowboys From Hell logo in my ankle.

I'm considering getting a Southern Cross tattoo on my left shoulder. I'm hesitant because I think it may look retarded when I'm 40.

http://ugliesttattoos.com has made me really hesitant about getting one.

But I'm thisclose to getting a phoenix, once I get around to drawing one that I'm completely happy with.
This site has at least one awesome tatt though
EDIT: Ahh shit the image isn't working. The image is a photo of a tatt with the cheeto's cheetah leaning against something with his arms crossed pulling a face saying I'm awesome and saying "It ain't easy bieng cheesy". It's a pretty cool tatt but I would never have it. Imagine telling your children about why you got it.

How bad would feel being the one of the first to get that thinking "I'm so awesome, I love Australia" and nowadays everyone and their mother has one and most of the people wearing them are the dicks who like to promote racism towards everyone that's not white/born in Australia.

I'll probably get one in a few years of the ADF rising sun.

The thing about tattoo's is to make sure it has a deeper meaning than just that you wanted some silly design on you forever. Oh yeah, NEVER get someone's name tattooed on yourself, I tattoo and I constantly raise hell at stupid kids who want the name of someone they have been with all of two seconds inked on their stupid ass. You never know how long a relationship will last, so for God's sake think!

I don't like them nor do I want them

I think they look trashy and when people get giant ones on an exposed part of their body, they just become a cry for attention.

Do I like tattoos? Sometimes it depends what the tattoo is.

Do I ever plan on getting one? Hard to say, right now my fear of needles is the one thing, that keeps me from getting a tattoo. But who knows, I might decide to get one, someday.

I have 9, and since my photos aren't open to the public, you just get a list. :p

I have a gargoyle between my shoulders on my back
A Celtic lion on the ball of my left shoulder
A Koi pond half sleeve on my left arm
And the Kanji for "Little Sister" in the crook of my left arm (between forearm and elbow)

On my right arm, I have the Kanji for "Hare"
An armband of elephants, with a drunken pink elephant breaking the chain on the back (he's got a party hat on, and a martini glass being held by his trunk)
I also have the 17th I Ching symbol in the crook of my right arm.

On my left calf I have Dot Warner, on my right, Wakko Warner. Wakko and Dot will actually be re-done onto my left calf and joined by Yakko, while I'm getting a half leg on my right calf featuring Usagi Yojimbo and some sort of "traditional" scene with him.

I also planning on adding 2 Shisa lions and the Egyptian god Horus and a Griffin (I have a theme of guardians on my back, since I can't afford to live in Japan long enough to get a traditional tebori tattoo. :(

I have my last name on my right shoulder.
Don't laugh, it's a family tradition. Also, I plan on getting another soon.

I've got one and I plan to get more when I actually have money haha

I enjoy tattoos and piercings in general, if they're nice of course.

Me and my friend got drunk last new years and decided to play a game of high card. The winner got the losers initials tattooed on him. He drew king of spades. I drew ace of diamonds. The most perfect moment of my life.
