Poll: The cute stuff

Almost in every anime there is a character that has no purpose but to be cute. I should be already sick of them but It looks like Im sucker for a cute. My question is simple, are you sucker for a cute stuff?

Let's just say I tolerate the cute stuff. I mostly avoid the kind of anime that has the cute stuff in the first place (real robot and cute seldom mix), but when I do watch it, it doesn't detract from my enjoyment.

I dont mind it, if they are being cute for the sake of the scene, then thats fine with me. I dont like the whole "attempting to be moe" scene, slightly weird.

Seitokai no Ichizon is a great anime for taking the piss out of that

I love anime, and I like cute stuff. But the weird thing is, I find the 'cute' stuff to be much better and cuter when there's some degree of craziness there too. I'm a sucker for cute anime girls who go psycho. Examples would be Lucy (Efen Lied) and Shion (Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni)...

Moe is a genre. It doesn't mean stopping the moe trend means stopping cute all together.

Ridiculously cute stuff with the mega-big eyes and the super-duper happy attitude is one of the reasons I went off anime ages ago.

I wouldn't say I'm an anime fan but I also wouldn't say that I didn't like. I've seen a few and found them to be enjoyable but it's not something that I really love.

A cute scene is fine, or a character that has a cute moment, that's fine too. What I don't like is a show based around how cute it is or major characters whose only defining trait is how adorable they are.
