The Chinese one.
Can't believe corporations such as Cisco (hardware supplier) and Google help this censorship. Both in fact go out of their way to do so, knowing they violate human rights for countless millions.

Australia's because they're supposed to be a democracy.

You kind of expect it with China because of the whole oppressive Communist state thing they have going on.

of course it has the internet, everywhere has the internet.
alot people thinks that but internet infustrer is rare to none in north korea and only the
government (And by that I mean high government) has acess

In terms of sheer censorship, China is the worst, since China has a totalitarian regime. In terms of of stupidity, Australia. Last I checked, Australia was supposed to be a democracy, which means freedom of speech, media, and whatnot. If a game like Left 4 Dead hasn't caused the violent collapse of North America and Europe, I'm pretty sure it's safe for Australia.
