Poll: The Onion

A frequent source of entertainment on the great plains of the internet, is The Onion. I mainly watch the videos, but their articles are usually very well written too. The Onion is, probably, the most famous "fake news" site, but what I really wanted to find out was what the Escapist's stance to The Onion is. Do you find it hilariously funny? Do you think it's the worst crap to see the sun since Baconnaise?

The onion is brilliant - but the recent movie the made was terrible. Recently they had a joke going on in which they pretended to have been "taken over" by a chinese food conglomerate. It was hilarious.

I do like the videos that get promoted to Digg or that reach me through other channels, but it's definitely not the #1 site I visit when looking for entertainment.

I remember the Onion LONG before it was online. It used to be this weekly paper in Madison, WI that was unique to us, and we never shared with the rest of you!

My favorite headline of all time is, "Study: Depression Hits Losers Hardest." The Onion is definitely amusing and is almost always good for a quick laugh when you're waiting in a doctor's lobby or on the john..

As far as I'm concerned The Onion and the Daily Show are the most reliable sources for news. (joking)

But seriously, their site has become great over the years. Now that they're doing full on video segments it's as funny as ever.
