Poll: The Prodigy

Hello Escapists, just wondering what YOU think about the prodigy. they are (i believe) a british techno band, with their album "Invaders Must Die" Released recently.

Do you like them, or are they just another band?

I personally just got to like the techno/rave genre, and imo, i'm liking it fast.

They aren't techno. But as it goes The Prodigy are awesome. I saw them live at Reading Festival, they had the biggest crowd the festival had ever seen. I had to leave halfway through because i got crushed, however what i saw was awesome

You got me there. I shall edit it to rave, because rave sounds coolest ;D

I quite like their music.
I don't listen to them as much as I used to, though.

I did go to see them live once with some friends, it was a good night.

Saw them at leeds 09 - Disliked them, After 2 songs i went to watch Glasvegas Front & centre. Woop!

I love 'em. They're a local band for me so I pretty much have to support them regardless, but it's just convenient that I think they're awesome. Been listening to them for 17 years now, not gonna stop any time soon.

they're pretty good, usually have one to two really awesome songs on their albums and a few ok ones

They have a song named "Smack my ***** up". How can you NOT like a band like that? : )

I less than three The Prodigy. Particularly their earlier stuff like Out Of Space and Voodoo People, but they have a few new crackers too like Warriors Dance and Thunder. Undoubtedly one of my favourite groups ever.

Any new people/groups going into the Electronica/Drum n Bass genres should have to take lessons from Liam, Keith and Maxim.
