We've seen it advertised around the site quite a lot recently. But I was just whether people are actually considering buying the game.

I might get it, as it's an interesting take on World War 2, and played from the perspective of the French resistance which is often overlooked by developers. The game is an open world shooter, but hopefully being more of a success for me than Far Cry 2 was.

So what does everyone else think?

I have it.

Awesome game, there's a ton of stuff to do, you can do the missions in any way you want. Use stealth, get to a higher vantage point and use a rifle, knock out a nazi and steel his uniform to simply waltz in undetected, use an explosion to distract your enemies or just simply shoot through - the choice is yours.
The atmosphere is perfect, there's nothing like speeding through black n' white Paris with Feeling Good playing on the radio.

Any game that advertises the ability to unlock nudity doesn't inspire confidence. If the game's biggest selling point is digital titties, I bet I'll end up disappointed.

I think I will. From what I've read it sounds like it's worth a punt, and it's not extorionatly priced either.

If anything, it'll keep me entertained till AC2 comes out on PC...

Yeah I read about the whole colour change thing, but I don't understand it much.
Why does it go black and white?

I've seen a few videos but it hasn't sparked my interest, granted I don't know much about it but I doubt I will pick it up.

Until someone recommends it to me or I keep hearing people saying how good it is I doubt I'll read much more into it, I reckon it will be something I pick up very cheap a few years later.

I'd love to get it, and I will eventually, I'm saving for a bunch of computer parts and I have to renew my car registration and buy Christmas gifts. :(

I did buy it and have played through it pretty thouroughly.

It's a pretty good game and you can definetly tell from combat this comes from the people who made mercenaries. It throws in some elements from GTA and assassin's creed and the world is just really beautiful. The stealth and climbing can be annoying/stupid but it isn't that bad. Story is okay, bit stupid at times but the ending is really well done and a bit dramatic.

I was a bit unsure when I got it but I think it was worth it. The story itself is reasonably long and adding in over 1000 side objectives it will keep you busy for a while.

You may want to rent it at somepoint but you may not finish it before it needs to be returned. Hope that helps

I will probably get it. It looks like what RF:G should have been, but in a different setting and french whores instead of building destruction.

Im unsure, im sick of the whole WW2 setting
same here, it seems like over 100 games set in world war 2 have come out and 100 more are probably gonna come out in the next 5 years. i know that hitler and the nazis were twats, but now it just seems like gaming companies are milking the setting. come on, people have to be more creative than that!

It is however, a badly gimped console port full of bugs and lacking support.

Nazi occupied territories are black and white. When you free a territory, it becomes colorful.

Meh, IGN review has convinced me to not get it. I already have much more interesting games on my mind, and I'd probably rarely play Saboteur when I get my hands on them. Just seems like a forgettable game to me.

Yup, I'll get it, I've been following it for quite a long time.
Also, just the fact that this is Pandemic's last game makes it a must buy.
