At the risk of sounding like an utter fanboy, I think Pyramid Head should be on the list. He isn't as scary as some of the stuff up their, but he's a lot creepier.

Paris is gonna win this hands down, not without good reason. Looking at her is like starring straight down into the darkest depths of hell, but i could be over-exaggerating.

Paris Hilton might not represent everything that's bad about humanity, but she does represent everything that's bad about celebreties. I mean, she doesn't even do anything vaguely useful, she's just famous for being famous.

So yes, Paris Hilton is the most frightening of those alternatives, because if more people were like her, we'd all be screwed.
