Poll: Theoretical Charity Question

You have $1 Million dollars in spare pocket change. There will be no noticeable difference in your daily life (one where you work a decent 9-5 job and live in a decent house in a 1st world nation) if you give it away. There are only 3 charities that you can give to and you have to give it all to 1 charity (don't ask why, just a theoretical question here): the charity that helps the poor in your own country, a charity that helps the poor in a 3rd world nation, or a charity that helps animals worldwide. You can also opt to keep the money for yourself.

Well, I voted before I read the fact it was pocket change, but I'd probably just use that spare change to set up those close to me.

I picked the animal charity, because A). I like animals, and B). I refuse to put one set of people above another.
