Poll: Third Or First Person Dilemma

So my friends and I are thinking of making a massive online shooter where you die in relativity few hits (5 shots or less) the game will feature easy upgrades for dependable weapons so newbies do not feel overwhelmed or left out like in Uncharted 3. There will be no perks or kill streak bonuses other than weapon upgrades (you have to purchase those) and bonus points for said kill streaks. However we ran into a problem, First person or Third person? I see how popular first person shooters are and I fear it will not flourish as a 3rd person shooter, what should I do? Since you guys are big on gaming, would you prefer this massive online shooter be third or first person?

Of course, being the Fallout man here, I would say "Make it able to switch between views 'cause I use both.", but I prefer third better, as I can see directly behind me.

Make it interchangeable , those who prefer 3rd and the who prefer first all get what they want . There is an advantage and disadvantage to both , so it evens out ... I think .

I would prefer first person, especially if it's on PC, as most third person games on PC end up feeling a little awkward. However, you know your game better than we do, and if the game would work much better in third person, then do that.
