No, because no matter how bad it could get when push comes to shove I wouldn't have it in me to do so.

Yes I would. It would not be a person who annoys me, but a carefully selected person whose absence I truly believe would be beneficial to the world.
My only fear, sincerely, would be my girlfriend not being able to look at me the same way.
I do think I may struggle to do it in pure cold blood so I might have to go around some bad neighbourhoods with cash sticking out my pockets.

No, though I'd like to. I don't need to obey my instincts. They obey me!
Plus in the long run what would it accomplish? You would get rid of that one person but then second and third one pop out. You can't kill every person you dislike. You just got to learn how to handle with people you despise and don't like. It's better to keep your friends close and your enemies even closer.
EDIT: Unless you of couse happen to have nukes or a army or something else as cunning plan to destroy the whole planet. Then you probably could kill anyone you wanted to.

Yes, for sure. I'd find the most ignorant and popular person in my school and brutally beat them to death in front of everyone. Perhaps I have anger issues, but I also have restraint and that's what separates me from serial killers.

I could do it no question. I can think of 4 people ive seen in the papers who have done terrible terrible things that i think deserve death for defiling our world with evil. Im not religious i just have a strong sense of justice. I would never take the life of anyone who didnt completely deserve it for being a blight on the world and contributing nothing but pain. A school bully does not deserve death. Someone who demonstrates a hatred for his fellow man and displays no morals is someone i might consider taking the life of. Killing is the lowest thing a man can stoop to, its what animals do to each other when they fight, we will not do the same. However some people deserve nothing less.
Anyone i know? No. I know some douchebags but i would never kill anyone like that, i like to think 99% of people have a core of virtue somewhere, it isnt ethical or right regardless if i get punished or not.

I am incapable of inflicting pain unless the recipient has it coming, so if they deserved it, then I would without a second thought.
