Poll: Torrenting Bootlegs: Right, Wrong, or Better

I may or may not be downloading LZ bootlegs, and it occued to me that perhas this is not illegal, or ok maybe not as illegal as DL a studio or live album. But what do y'all think?

Is this for things like people with handheld cameras at live concerts? The quality on those usually suck so I suppose you get what you pay for (or don't). I have no problem with that.

Actual TV shows. There uploaded to site like Youtube and Megavideo, the site that I use links you to Youtube so you can see episodes in a row.

Probably not since it'll be against the DMCA (unless they have the owner's permission which is unlikely). They usually get taken down by youtube eventually.

Since all your site is doing is linking to videos uploaded on other sites, I do believe that's not illegal. It's up to the aforementioned sites (Youtube/Megavideo) to take them down.
