A friend and I were talking about setting up a web site to allow gamers to barter and trade games. To explain, members would enter a list of games they would be willing to trade along with a description of each game. The lists would be searchable and browse able by platform, genre, etc. If you are looking for a certain game and find it in the search, you would then send that person a message indicating the game you want. They can look to see what you have and trade if they want to. All mailing arrangements would be between the two parties.
It would be somewhat of a trading post where you could possibly pick up a game you always wanted to try and also a sort of social site centered on gaming.
PS: Also, as a side note.. this has been bugging me all day. There was a Sega Saturn game that was basically a SRPG. You controlled the different characters, and leveling up a skill was automatically done with use of that skill. One of the main characters could turn into a dragon, one was an archer, one was a bird man.... WHAT THE HECK IS THE NAME OF THAT GAME?! If you know, please help me out here!
