Poll: Transformers: War for Cybertron

Is anyone else looking forward to this title? If so, what would you want out of it?

I know I am, especially since it is not based on any movie franchise and it'd be great to fight on Cybertron from both sides of the conflict. Also looking forward to an awesome multiplayer too!

Whenever who touches it? Considering it's based off War Within I think it has potential, plus the character designs at least have them look like who they are, unlike the Bay films.

That's alright, I figured that might have been why. I haven't seen any game footage released yet. The main trailer only has a cutscene but it looks good. Go to game trailers and just look up Transformers: War for Cybertron.

It's a third person shooter, with the option of playing both sides of the conflict. So it's setting is the civil war that consumed their home.

I have really low expectations of the Transformers movies, so as long as they have some robots that turn into cars and trucks, some explosions and a couple of action scenes I will be happy with them.

The Armada PS2 game was alright, if that's the basis and they improve upon the gameplay then we're in for an awesome game.

Oh, a game? I didn't know that, I thought it was the next Transformers movie.

Think I will skip on the game, haven't been a fan of License based Video games since Jurassic Park on the Genesis, that game sort of killed it for me.

But Fingers crossed that its good!

I have no hope for Transformers after what Michael Bay did to it, no matter who makes the new ones any more. I will check it out but I give it 15 minutes before I walk out because of how crappy it is. If it beats that time I will call it a good movie(comparing it to Michael Bays Transformers).

I never really followed the original Transformers (unless I did as a child and don't remember), but after the first Bay film my interest was piqued. Now I love it just because of those films, as much as some would look down on me for that, and have always wanted a good, note: good Transformers game.

I never really followed the original Transformers (unless I did as a child and don't remember), but after the first Bay film my interest was piqued. Due to that last statement, I'll forget you liked the Bay film Have you looked at some of the comics or series that aren't based on those movies?

I'm not really interested, but that "Transformers" game on the PS2 was pretty damn good, whichever bloody iterration after the original series it was based on.
