Poll: Trolls, should we IP ban them?

On one hand the garden variety troll ruins my beautiful internets but what if it's a little kid who doesn't know any better?

Yes, not that it will do all that much good, it's pretty easy to dodge an IP ban when you know how to use proxies. Which is as easy as going to proxy.org and clicking some random buttons.

EDIT: Oh, do you mean ban their actual home IPs from logging onto the internet? Well, good luck finding an ISP who'll do that for you. Even then, it's easy to circumvent such bans.

I mean, why not? Even if it is a kid, they should be expected to behave with some decency.
