I have this idea for a game you can choose to be good or evil or neutral if you are evil you can kill anyone in the game (even other players)and if you are a good guy you will fight the evil (trust me you can be ressurected by a GM if you ask) the first 2 are GMs... anyways evil is what i choose

No, I wouldn't join. You put little, if any, thought into this, and it wouldn't survive past page 2.

Take a look at other stronger RPs for examples.

Basically what Aqualung said, this needs a lot more thought put into it. Allowing players to kill other players does not work out well. Also, I'm not entirely sure how many players you were anticipating but usually one GM will suffice, 2 co-GMs at a stretch; most RPs will rarely go above ten people at most.
