No it isn't. Tupac comes in much later in the song, dressed in African tribal gear. That guy rapping with the keyboard sounds nothing like Tupac - no wonder you prefer Biggie - you can't even identify the other oneBonsaiK said:Yes, that's 2-Pac with the keyboard strapped to him. 2-Pac got his start in the music career as this group's roadie and backup dancer.
Just proves my point about how generic and soundalike 2Pac is.Kortney said:Biggie had better flow - Tupac had a better voice. I'd go with Tupac overall. He was a damn good actor and inspired a whole generation. Tupac and Biggie are 1 and 2 though - so it doesn't really matter. They are the two best. I love this song, has so much soul:

The fella with the keyboard is a member of Digital Underground.
Eh, not really. Tupac has an amazingly rich voice. You'd have a point if other people struggled with telling him apart, but they don't. It just seems to reflect badly on your ear. I jest.BonsaiK said:Just proves my point about how generic and soundalike 2Pac is.
Oh, I agree with you - his voice is fantastic. You can tell that he's had performance training. It's what he does with that voice that is generic and soundalike.Kortney said:Eh, not really. I played Dear Momma to my mom, and she actually enjoyed the song, praised his voice, meaning.Kortney said:Eh, not really. Tupac has an amazingly rich voice. To be honest, I really can't see where you are coming from. I haven't heard a hip hop artist with such diverse emotion in his voice. He can sound incredibly venomous and rich, yet in next verse he can sound incredibly compassionate and warm. I never saw Biggie, despite his superior flow, achieve that.BonsaiK said:Oh, I agree with you - his voice is fantastic. You can tell that he's had performance training.
