I'll just say 'ten', to reference the short way of writing dates (01/01/10) and to confuse people.
"You guys going to the concert?"
"When is it?"
"March 3rd, 10"
"Wait...March 3rd? Or March 10th?"
"No no, March 3rd, 10."
