How to put this.... I'd sooner be dragged down a mile long road composed entirely of jagged rocks by vicious dobermans than see Eclipse.

Just one more movie after this and this damn series can finally die.
Umm...I heard that they were breaking the last book into two movies because Stephanie Myer wanted more money.

OT: So what, its new moon featuring the return of the blue lens filter. Or is sunlight just blue in America and New Moon was just shot entirely in Australia or Italy where the sunlight is normal colored.

I'll probably not see it unless I end up going with my parents like what happened with bride wars.

It sucks so much, and not just because it's another crappy fad. The author of the books is a TERRIBLE writer who can't develop characters to save her life, she tries her hardest to make her tween demographic relate to the main character but she's such an obsessive and depressing character I just want to see die. I read the first two books, as I'm not ignorant and bash things because everyone else does. The first was readable, but the second... oh god, why did I even finish that book?

Now the films are even worse. The effects, the characters, the locations, the annoying love triangle that is total balls... no thank you, I've watched the first two and refuse to even bother with the others.

As for the fans... please god, let there be a zombie apocalypse so they will look the way they bloody act and I have legal reason to chop their heads off.

Needless to say, I am not going to see it.

No, but the fangirl/boy spike will definitely worry me. I mean, it is kind of wearing itself down to it's last thread, but still.

Anyways, I find it completely uninteresting. Just sparklies and wolfies going "ARRRRRRRRGH!" at eachother.

as of the time-stamp on my post there are 18 uncool people who answered the poll since hating twilight is the cool thing to do these days

i am not going to watch it mostly because anything that has the 12 year old girl effect going on has got to be bad

I'll be downlaoding it to watch it with some friends, same as we did for the first two. We had an indiscribable amount of fun ripping on the movies. And yes our group does involved a few girls who did read the series.

I'm only interested insofar as knowing exactly HOW bad it is (preferably by watching Bob rip it apart again, his reviews of the first two films were awesome) and hoping it will fail like the rubbish piece of shallow sexist crap that it is deserves to.

Interested insofar that I might get laid if I don't complain when I get dragged to it.

As far as I'm concerned the Twilight series can fuck right off...
now if you'll excuse me, I have to start fortifying my apartment for the coming Twilight fan horde. A bit like zombies, but more annoying... and they NEVER shut up.
From my experience, it's the haters that never shut up about it. You'd think you people would use this forum as a reprieve from people going on and on about Twilight, but instead what do you do? You go on and on about fucking Twilight. *facepalm*
You make a good point.
When was the last time we saw a 'I like Twilight' thread?

I haven't heard anything from the fans outside of the time I went to see New Moon on the day it was released in a nearby town, which was a bad thing to do when you're 18 years old with a male friend in a cinema screen full of 12-14 year old girls. It makes you look a bit...weird. And of course, the seat massages I was getting was very annoying. And they would not shut up cooing about Robert Pattison and the werewolf guy whose name I forget through out the entire damn film. Anyway, I guess my point here is you make a good point, Canadamus.

The haters are a lot more vocal about it then the fans, on here at least.

I heard from a lot of Twilight fans they liked this story the best since it has more action than all the rest, could be good I guess.

My sister fits perfectly into the target age, and she thinks its so much slop.

She hate Justin Beiber too, sometimes I wonder if that's a good sign.

I absolutely cannot wait for the premiere! I'm a total twi-hard. Idk why I like it, but I do. Guess I can relate to the relationship drama. Im team Jacob just because everyone says I look like him. Yah, I'm a guy.

I feel obligated to see it now. And truth is, I'll be dragged either way.

Good news? These seem to be getting worse and worse (as if it's possible considering the two "leads") so I'll have something to laugh at at least.
