Twitter seems really silly to me. I'm not interested in every little thing a person is doing.

You should have an option for the people who follow other peoples twitters but don't twitter themselves. I am not one of them but I feel everyone should be represented.

I really don't see the point for it. There's already far to many social networking sites. In fact, everytime I read something people post on their walls on Facebook, especially the people who post constantly, I always ask myself "Who really cares?".

People just use it as a glorified IM chat service, it's pointless for anyone but celebrities to have an account.

I just use it to chat to aformentioned Escapists, it's basically a slower version of MSN with more people for me

I get a few odd looks but people mostly just laugh, the otherss get mad at me because their too busy tweeting to pursue a carrer in life.

I will be using it to update progess on movies, stories, scripts and stuff that I'm working on, but as a social application, I don't see the point. I have Facebook. That's more than enough.

I do not use Twitter and refuse to do so because I know I'll get addicted. A lot of random shit pops up in my brain and I have would have to tweet each one. But on the plus side I would review every movie I watched on that site on a separate account so I'd probably get a few hits there.

Never tweeted. Facebook serve the same purpose, seems more popular.

I like Twitter. It's pretty much designed for people like me... yup, I'm one of those people who vocalises pretty much every thought. It's good for that, whereas a full-scale blog would be a bit redundant given the brevity, frequency and inanity of the entries. I stop short of using it as an IM service though. I have IM services for that.
