I bought Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood on Steam a while back and it was being finicky do I uninstalled it. Just recently, I installed it again and got it to work after fixing the game cache and perusing the internet for a few hours. Now, I can't connect to multiplayer (I did one time and my keyboard wouldn't work) and my keyboard isn't working in the game at all anymore.
I contacted support, got a generic, "We'll respond tomorrow" email. That was a week ago. And this isn't an isolated incident, Ubisoft seems to consistently not care about their PC/Mac userbase.
Have you had problems with Ubisoft on PC/Mac? What were they?
