It's not a matter of just bringing it back. The creator couldn't continue to make it on his current budget. It's not just the fact that the popularity of the show was fading.

First season was alright, maybe he should make something new and start a new web series, I'd be more interested in that than a UR revival into the state it was left in.
I'm going to go with what he said.

UR was funny, but it just went downhill through the second season.

And didn't the creator stop making it due to money and time contraints?

I lost what was going on in Unforgotten Realms after the 1st series was over. Also, I would have thought Doraleous and Associates has kind of replaced it.
That said, I don't find Game Dogs amusing, and Rebecca May's music isn't my kind of thing.

UR was okay for a while, but after some time it was pretty much plot-makes-no-sense with a dash of let's-switch-focus/plot-every-few-episodes with a bit of jokes-that-aren't-amusing-at all and episodes-that-occur-for-9-mins-of-talking-in-one-room-with-nothing-happening. It became rubbish, better it be gone, unless he's gonna' actually make something worth watching.

The original UR on Newgrounds was pretty rough animation, to be sure, but it generally seemed more amusing. I'll say I did like the new art, but as soon as I realized he wasn't remaking the series, but rather taking it in a new direction (somewhat) I figured it might go wonky at some point.

Much of the new series aren't for me either, whether it just be odd, not amusing or just...no. I think I'll just stick with things Yahtzee or Graham Stark are in for now. At least the times that those things disappoint somewhat they have a history of being interesting and some future potential to fall back on. Many other things don't seem to have either.

Doraleous and Associates has the potential to replace, first few eps were quite good.

Im sure game dogs could be good but after seeing apocalypse lane it just seems lame. however, if unforgotten realms cam back i would only watch it to see how it ends, it's just no longer funny. dude who made it got very clearly bored and i showed, alot.

i also agree with the poster above. doraleus is freakin sweet. it has mastered comic timing.

The story was ripped off from tons of differant games, had unlikable characters and a douchebag of a main character. It wasn't that funny to begin with, so yeah replace that guy and give us something good.

Unforgotten realms was a boring piece of shit that I never laughed at. The animation was crude, the jokes were idiotic and the fan base is next to that of the final fanboys on the earth in terms of whiny, pathetic elitists.

But I wouldn't mind a bit if they obliterated game dogs and replaced it with the brilliant by comparison unforgotten realms, at least then there'd be less game dog death threads and unforgotten realm fanboy wet dream threads.

Hum...I don't really think it's necessary to bring it back. He didn't have the time or money to keep making them. Not to mention, it definitely was going downhill. If he came back I would like to see one season, the last. One with a proper ending to the series(I kind of want this to happen just so I can see if he knew where he was going with all this bullshit).

Also, while I don't particularly like Game Dogs, we should still give it a chance. Kicking it in favor of something old just because the first few episodes are rocky is kind of like ...yeah

I haven't watched much of Unforgotten Realms, but I like what I've seen even though it is kinda tedious at times, but one thing is for sure, I like it way more than Rebecca Muses which I find a bit boring to be honest.
