Poll: Use of the word Rape in talk about video games

If a man goes to rape a woman, but the woman turns out to be a transvestite pretending to be a woman who inadvertently turns around and rapes his/her would be rapist, is the rapist now legally being raped?

Stupid question, but don't blame me, thats just what this topic made me think of.

I do say it around people that I know wont be offended by it when describing a steam rolling situation. If I know it'll offend someone I just say something else.

I say nay, but i know a few rape victims.

BUt in today's wolrd of youth and all that, I see why its used and why people dont care about hte reprecussions. Say what you will, but the majority of our generation (i'm 18) is not improving and is getting more and more self centered and lazy.
