the french version of bioshock use what is suppose to be a wasd sheme, but use the AZERTY french keyboard (so zqsd), and since i'm in north america and i use a QWERTY keyboard, my keys are not at the right space. And i guess it's a bug in the french version, but the movement keys are locked, and i cannot changed them, because the game is telling me that the w and a keys are reserved.SirBryghtside said:Huh? BioShock has customisable controls, and starts with WASD...

Catch up to the world people.
In all seriousness 98% of the time I choose neither and select 360 gamepad, even if it means extensive work on remapping the controls and finding the right fit through xpad.
But, in the rare occuasion when I have no other choice, it would be arrows, and having to remap the hotkeys to half the numpad the pg control keys, right controlenter, etc. For me having extensive MMO background it is illogical to cover the "chat" keys with commands.
Razer Hydra. PC centric motion controls operated on magnetic principles.... or at least thats what I think it is, perhaps I am mistaken.retyopy said:...the fuck is that?
Magnetic Principles? Is it the future already?viranimus said:Razer Hydra. PC centric motion controls operated on magnetic principles.... or at least thats what I think it is, perhaps I am mistaken.retyopy said:...the fuck is that?
"Tribes" fan? or did ESDF ever get used in something else I'm not remembering...gigastrike said:What about ESDF?
I use the arrow keys normally, and WASD for anything that has a hotbar that is longer than 6.
ESDF just seems weird for me, my hand want to switch back over to WASD instantly ._.gigastrike said:What about ESDF?

8465? Wot? How would that even work?Odbarc said:8456 and IJKL I've used in the past, but this was Tandy 2000 days and two or three people had to use the same keyboard to control your doodz.
I use the number pad! forward (numpad 8), backwards (numbpad 5), reload (numpad period.), crouch (numbpad 0), jump (numbpad enter), sprint (numbpad 3,) talk/action button (numbpad *), melee (numbpad +), flashlight (up arrow key), grenades (numbpad /), NVG's (right arrow key or home), weapon selection (mouse wheel), prone (page down), leaning left and right (numbpad 7 and numbpad 9). any other actions can be mapped to the regular arrow keys or page up etc...6unn3r said:WASD of course, you'd crazy not to. Just a waste of keys to use the arrows when things like reload (R), use (E), flashlight (F), talk (T), scoreboard (TAB), granades (G), lie down (Z) NVG's (V), weapon selection (1-9), jump (spacebar), and map (M) are all so easy to get to.
Look to your numpad, retyopy, the answer will occur to you =)retyopy said:8465? Wot? How would that even work?Odbarc said:8456 and IJKL I've used in the past, but this was Tandy 2000 days and two or three people had to use the same keyboard to control your doodz.
