Poll: What annoys you most on Multiplayer FPSs

If I had to pick one it would be noobtubes. I'm cool with people using them occasionally, it's a legitimate weapon, but I cannot stand people running round with a noobtube and using it as a normal gun throughout the match.
Through wall headshots what? I'm guessing you mean like in Modern Warfare if you're hiding behind something not bulletproof and getting shot in the head?
Anyway, none of the above really bothers me at all, what bothers me is people wanting multiplayer games to have everyone at a 100% equal footing through the homogenization of literally everything. Pretty much anything you listed there I see in Battlefield: Bad Company 2 yet none of it bothers me any more than a temporary "ah dammit, pwned" swear when I get killed. Decently balanced, it all has a countermeasure and combined makes a far more enjoyable experience than a bland game where everyone walks around with the same few weapons doing the same thing.
Anyway outside the list, what I hate in multiplayer FPSs is when people stop working towards the goal and instead just screw around. Instead of going to defend/assault the objective, they go off in random directions, not move when an objective is contested, stuff like that. I don't mean snipers who stay miles away and not cap flags, I mean literally half the team standing around the chopper spawn spot rushing for it and when someone else grabs the chopper, shooting it down so they can drive it when it respawns. It's not that I'm bothered about losing the game, I hate it just as much when I see it on the opposite side when my team is winning, I prefer having some challenge and a constant back and forth with the efforts.

Let me give you an example to illustrate:
Last night I was playing Black Ops multiplayer, I believe it was a Sabotage game (neutral bomb take it to the enemy base and blow it up). My whole team was reluctant to go anywhere near the bomb, since you get a big KILL sign above your head "But what would it do to my K/D!" "Oh nooooo" but alas, this is not what the most annoying thing is. Happily, though they wouldnt pick up the bomb themselves, they did all swarm to defend me when I did, so, I suppose thats fair. With their help I made it to the base, crouched down and armed the bomb.
Then, I saw in the tower close by, an enemy team member hiding at a window. Now, technically he was camping, but I have no problem with that, he was defending his base, but its relevant for what happened next. So, the timer counts down. Using the Objective for cover, I creep around to get a shot at the guy at the window, but he is too well dug in. I chance it - sprinting I make a run for the door of the building he is in and head up the stairs.
He knows I'm coming.
Quickly I bounce a flashbang into the room , he's blind! This is my chance, I fire as he flails hopelessly around, cutting him down and ensuring the safety of the bomb.... and at that moment it goes off. Good game, good game.
Apparently the person I just mentioned, didnt like this and felt compelled to write me a message.

Now as you recall this person was hiding in a tower, waiting for someone to attack his base.
Seems he was projecting so hard he thought I was the one that was hiding in the tower *brain melts*
That, is what I hate. A stranger being abusive. Reported, blocked.

People who whine about the tactics other players are using. Unless they are taking advantage of glitches I really don't see the problem. There really is no such thing as unfair tactics in most FPSs because there is always a way around it. There is a tradeof for every single complaint in that list be it range, accuracy or reload times.
I guess ragers annoy me the most, and noobtubers in COD MW2.

Tanks. Fuckers ruined Bad Company 1, and soured Bad Company 2. Also, quick scoping. Not only because it's annoying, but whenever you get killed by it some twelve year old screams "I GOT A QUICK SCOPE!!!" into the mic.
I remember that it's possible to out snipe a sniper in CS:S with the pump shotgun after about 6 hits (provided the sniper has bad aim) which is still unrealistic since a spray should never hit someone further than about 20m away (lethally) yet you can do 15-30 dmg at 150mJudgement101 said:
OT: uniformity. I get annoyed by how almost everyone ends up using the same guns/combos without ever bothering to try anything else because it's deemed as the "cool" gun. Take the scar/ump in MW2, ak/m16 in CS:S etc. Other guns exist ya know (and I'm not just talking about snipers)
I despise people that don't team play,especially when it comes to DEM/CTF.Makes me wanna quit alltogether when I see the retards going for kills,instead of watching my back carrying the flag/planting/defusing bombs with the class specially made for those specific situations.
Other thing that I don't like is "gang raping" ie: I'm going "duel" vs 1 guy and then 3 more come from behind/sides and kill me.

Same issues as OP, team play.
Lack of communication in general, swearing into the mic and yelling noob doesnt count. I play to do the objectives however lots of players just play to run about and shoot, which is fine by me in some games but in others it just kills half the fun.
