I for one now use Google Chrome. I'm loving its Speed and layout. Pretty happy I found the option for a home button in the options menu mind! :)

I was a great lover of Firefox. But I don't know... Just got a little bored?

What do you use?

Firefox. It's my "good enough" browser. Has everything I need, plus add-ons if I want anything else.

Chrome. Very fast, stable browser. I just wish it worked with Quake Live and had plugins. But Chrome 2.0 is coming soon!

Tried downloading a newer version of Firefox per chance?
Aw shuck's I hadn't thought of that *smacks head*.

I have tried:

Deleted it from my PC then re-installing the newest.
System Restore.
Turning off firewall to see if it's blocking it.
Got rid of my anti-virus temporarily to see if it's blocking it.
Deleted every single file of Mozilla/FF to see if it's the problem.
Searched the Firefox help section and done everything they suggested.

None of it works, and thanks for your spectacular advice but I am not computer illiterate.

Like I said, it did it without any logical reason. It worked in the morning, I switch my PC on in the evening and it won't connect to any website.

I use Firefox chiefly, though if I'm going to a site that I know reliably has pop-ups, I'll use Google Chrome, for the plain and simple reason that it, um, actually blocks pop-ups. With Firefox, simply clicking the window, opens the pop-up, which is so incredibly annoying. Though if anyone knows an add-on that gets around this...

I used Opera for about two weeks, but it was slow, couldn't handle some Java-based stuff as well as Firefox or Chrome, and came with an annoying feature that remembered the last sites you visited when inputting a URL instead of the most popular, something I liked, and still like, about Firefox.
