Heat that shit up, then add some chopped fruit, syrup or jam to it, and lordy you got yourself a healthy hot and sustaining breakfast.
That there is one measly portion though. You've gotta fill the bowl so it's nearly spilling. It's a ***** washing the pan up after though...
Unfortunately, I eat breakfast in the office, which means microwave sachets for me (still with whatever fruit and goodness I can cram in). But at least that means no pan to wash up.
