Id love to see a patch that breaks the AK-74u so all the brain damaged losers who use it have to find a gun that isnt gimped and learn how to play the game. A campaign that's good.

They fucked up the campaign so much. It takes place in the 60s, and somehow they're using weapons from the mid-late 70s. Plus, as ZP said, when you think of black ops, you thing of stealth. I was hoping there would be some, but there was just none.

precisely, add to that the utterly implausible scenarios, blaming the Nazis and having to kill British special forces.. I'm rather glad I sold the game.

[edit] also lets not forget the weapons that aren't real (underslung flamethrower), are misnamed (SPAS-12 - the semi-automatic version is called the LAW-12) or have no tactical use whatsoever (dragons breath rounds)

i wish there was a reduced price if you buy it without the MP

I dont have enough experience with the 1st MW to comment on its multi but tbh MW2s multi was only slightly worse that repeatedly getting kicked in the balls.

I would only buy it if the price was reasonable, they are only doing this because MW2 did it and they are just using that as a way to make more money.

Zombie maps. Frankly, I don't care that much about normal multiplayer: That's just something I mess around with occasionally. Zombies is the biggest reason I bought the game, and 2 maps is not enough.

Whoa, thar. That's... Not too bad, actually. With the exception of the "ACTUAL GAMERS" thing. Damn word's like nails on a fuckin' chalkboard to me. >.<

Not too many QS on CoD 4 right now. Only 6000 people on during peak hours, probably 150 of them QS. My friend and I were up against an entire team of 'em, we both went around 25 and 2, him hardscoping using an ACOG sniper (whilst running around the map), me using my favorite MP5 silenced. Fun game, that. Every QS went way negative.

Thing is pulling back OT with Black Ops is that whenever I die theres a 90% chance in the killcam I will see the guy used a 74u on me from across the map. Last time I checked in gaming terms Smgs were close quarters weapons with the long shots falling to the Assault rifles and Snipers. What they have effectively done is turned to the no skillers and said:

Here you go kids, a weapon with a high rate of fire (which you can boost) that is really accurate and has an awesome dmg output with next to no penalty to your mobility.

Ok and the downside is? Oh it eats ammo like the fat kid at a buffet? right well now I have scavenger on my loadout, any more weaknesses? no? ok then!

I specialise in using the Galil and Famas because both weapons are balanced in my eyes. Famas has low dmg compared to most if not all other rifles but its high accuracy makes it a great weapon and compensates for it. Galil is in the middle ground, decent dmg and decent accuracy.

Problem is I will die to the other 8 guys in the game who took the 74u because I chose a weapon that isnt rigged.

Some free or very cheap DLC which include co-op missions. And I'm not talking MW2 spec-ops style missions, I'm talking long, rather epic missions like in Red Dead Redemption. Also, more caracter customization rather than just face paint and clothing based on perks. When I'm blasting people to oblivion (or fallout 3, whichever you prefer) I want to be dressed in a red long coat whilst wearing retro aviators, with a cigarrette holder placed between my teeth, and wearing a black beanie hat. Also, have the return of Sgt. Waters/Jason Statham in some new missions.

A map-maker (for private matches only, of course) would be quite cool.

Are you saying that I am the first person to ever think camping was a totally spineless way to play a shooting game online in multiplayer where anyone with a clue is constantly moving around?

I run around and make myself a mobile target while hunting other players, if I die to some ass wipe who has been sitting in 1 corner for 20 minutes with his scope on the only door into the room I think it is 100% justified to say he should go play runescape with all the other people too gutless to come out and fight in an open field.

Incedently you can ask my friends on Black ops and Reach about what I say when I camp and die.
Its typicall "ARGH I deserved that because I was camping" or "I shouldnt have been camping, I had that coming,"

I openly admit I deserved to get owned when I camp and I dont hate the guy for killing me when I do, do it on those rare occassions I stop moving. I'm extremely impatient in games and hate not being in the middle of the action.

Camping will most often net you more kills, less deaths and in objective based games it will more often than not protect the objective.

So how is that bad? If you are running around like an idiot, thats your fault. Don't blame people for taking advantage of your shortcomings.

But in all seriousness, I would love to see some more story missions, hopefully focusing on Woods or Hudson. New zombie maps are a close second and new multiplayer maps a close third (I am fucking tired of Jungle)
