It depends on how hot it is.
If it's really cold then I'll have a t-shirt, PJ bottoms, boxers and socks on. And if it's really hot, I'll wear nothing. Add/remove layers as necessary, typically I have PJ bottoms on only though.

Boxers, plus a t-shirt if it's freezing. Freezing being literal since I live in Scotland, anything above 10 degrees Celsius is warm. It's never usually hot enough to warrant sleeping naked and plus I usually feel weird sleeping naked. Sort of like the bed goblins will see me exposed. Fucking bed goblins.
Due to the nature of my house and the proceedings within, any semblance of privacy that may once have been established was shattered years ago. For this reason, what I wear when sleeping is influenced only by the temperature. If it's Winter, I'll go for boxers and a men's tank top, if Summer, nothing...sometimes I wear men's dress shirts, but only if the temperature has sort of averaged out.
When with friends, I'll wear whatever I have on though.

Sweat pants or shorts. That's about it. I usually go shirtless and either shorts or sweats, whichever I happen to already be wearing.

OT - My Birthday suit.
Nothing better than going to bed naked, and being really lush and warm under the covers. It feel slike you're letting your body breathe, too.
Even better when you have a significant other.
