Well, there's that video I posted. You don't really get more reliable than that.
I didn't see that. Their bickering was getting on my nerves so I just posted that extract.

Street FIGHTER FOUR is not Cell Shaded. It's Hand Drawn.
Eh, it's not. SF4 is cel-shaded 3D, unless you're being deliberately obtuse. Check any gameplay video and it's obvious.

As for as cel-shaded games go, XIII was definitely pretty and Ultimate Ninja Storm looks better than the series. Shame the latter game sucks as well as what it's supposed to be. A game, that is.
Nope. Every frame is drawn by hand. It might be cell SHADED, but I doubt it.
You realize this is a 3D game and not an anime right? I don't know what you mean when you say polygons are "hand drawn", but it being hand drawn is irrelevant as to whether or not it's cel-shaded. It's cel-shaded.

This poll needs more choices, Dark Cloud 2 for instance.
Despite it's dialogue which was so bad it was comical, I loved that game to death.
Hmm? What part of the dialogue was comical? Max didn't have the best voice acting ever, but I wouldn't call it comical.

I'll go with Dark Cloud 2 here, even though I haven't played Prince of Persia.

Prince of Persia, easially. Probley the most beautiful game I have ever played. Doesn't make it that great however. No where near as good as any of the original trilogy, including Warrior Within.
I disagree. I played Warrior Within for the first time today (just downloaded it off steam, wanted to see what the fuss was about).
...I felt like I was violated.
Maybe its because I just finished a playthrough of SoT, so the contrast was right there, but it was horrible, at least so far. Please tell me it gets better after the first 15 minutes.

Anyway, I also disagree because I love the new PoP.
I'm certainly not saying that Warrior Within isn't a vialiation of the series. But, where as the new PoP just seemed medioca (sp?) all the way though so far (im nearly finished), Warrior Within begins terrible but it won me over in the end. The tonal shift was left me angry for most of the game, but it still had fun, clever and most of all, difficult platforming to fall back on, plus the Combat was a hell of a lot better than SoT. Not only this, but half way though the game theres a twist in the story that almost made up for what Ubisoft had done.

The new PoP, for me, doesn't have a life line. Its just too easy, the platforming looks good, but while the prince and elica are often performing amazing feats, you look down at your control, and your often only pressing one button every 10 seconds. The combat is irriatating above all else, and repetive, as theres a "fuck you" combo that works though out the game so theres really no reason to do anything else. Honestly, this would all be fine if PoP characters and story where as good as the origanal, the but storys uninteresting, dialogue is often cringe worthy, and both characters are unoriganal, american and feel really out of place. Its like the Prince got lost down a back alley in New York and ended up in medival persia.

Again with the polls, was it really needed?

I'd say TF2, no idea if that classifies as cel shade though...

Viewtiful Joe, killer 7, No More Heroes, Wind Waker and okami strike me as quite good cell shaded games. All were fantastic.

Edit, just remebered XIII. That was good just for the box out deaths alone.

Yeah, Street Fighter 4 is not cel-shaded, just look at it. It's not.

And I'd probably pick Prince of Persia, since it's still like an "adult" game with cel-shading, aside from Wind Waker etc.

Haven't seen much of Valkyria Chronicles though.

Because as don't seem to have played a cell-shaded game since, it's no doubt The Wind Waker. It was a massive departure from what had been done with Zelda before, and despite the critics I prefer the art style to that of Twilight Princess.
Dangit. Is Team Fortress 2 counted as Cell-Shaded or what? If it is, that. It's the most distinctive Online First Person Shooter out there.

Jet Set Radio Future I guess, humm...Eternal Sonata too apparently, beautiful game that, shame about the characters...and the plot...

As for Street Fighter IV...from what I can see...the characters are designed to -look- hand drawn...I can't seem to find anything stating that they are fully hand drawn. But, they aren't Cel-Shaded as has been said.

Okami (prettiest game ever IMO) if that counts as cel-shading. If not than Viewtiful Joe.
