Crushed a controller with my bear hands.

AVP for relaxation, I shouldn't confuse it with sedatation, mind you.
Like these?

OT: My go to relaxation game is Robot Unicorn Attack [http://games.adultswim.com/robot-unicorn-attack-twitchy-online-game.html]
That game has taken over my campus. It is sooo fun. I've heard people singing the song at dinner.

Fallout 3. Who would of thought having 100 Unarmed skill and Bloody Mess could be soooo much fun?

My mellow game is Peggle. Great for playing during Xbox loading screens.

Oh, but Flower is actually the most calming game ever invented.

Well I can't really pull it off yet, but if I had a second character in StarCraft 2, I would create a character that's purpose is to enter the copper league and try silly strategies, like a nuke build or something. :D

Games never relax me, i find a movie and some herbal mood adjuster (marijuana) is a much better way to relax then a video game. But when i don't have item 2 i guess i play video games to relax myself from lack of item 2 i usually play peggle because it is just so damn addicting, all my troubles pass when i'm hooked in a peggle frenzy.

Select EA Titles
Midway's "Thunder" series

Calming:
WWF/WWE games from Smakdown! on
WWE Crush Hour.
GTA San Andreas(Try destroying a Hydra with a Shamal)
Warship Gunner 2 (a good Koei game, go figure)
any Codemasters racer
Assasins Creed I
Sly Cooper Series
and every so often one of the Kindom Hearts games

KOTOR 2, seriously either I am slashing my way through cannon fodder enemies with my lightsabers or Force Storming all enemies on screen. Either way, it's fucking relaxing and fun.

Some good old Super Mario on my Game Boy relaxes me... Or maybe some DDR/StepMania. If not, I'd play some Visual Novels like Umineko or Higurashi... That's what calms me...

Red Faction: Guerrilla...just because destroying random buildings with civilians in them is disturbingly fun.

My chillout game would have to be Oblivion. It's nice just to ride around the countryside being nice to the people of the world, taking time out of my day to help with their problems.

A game that really helps relax me is Ninja Gaiden Black on Ninja Master difficulty. (Ha, I made a joke)Seriously though, a game that actually helps me relax (After playing Ninja Gaiden Black on Ninja Master difficulty) is Plants vs. Zombies. It's sarcastically joyful attitude and serene setting are brilliant. Best thing to come out of Popcap since Peggle. Let me rephrase that, only good thing to come out of Popcap besides Peggle.

Oblivion with my 100% Chameleon character. Sometimes I just want to feel like I own the world.
I usually just end up crapping my pants laughing at the AI completely flipping a shit.

As long as it's not online multiplayer or anything freakishly difficult, any game will relax me. As soon as there's any form of competition or strong difficulty, I end up getting pumped, then frustrated.

Lately it's been Pokemon Heartgold. I can just forget everyhting and let peaceful childhood memories take over.
Amen to that brother/sister! Can I get an Alleluia!? *ALLELUIA!!!*

OT: Yeah, in case you haven't guessed, heartgold is my go to game this year (Gold was always my favourite pokemon game)

Throwing a tv out the window? Thats some epic gamer rage that.
I normally go on MW2 that releases some anger and then causes some a little while after. So I resort to listening to music.

Hm, I tend to either whip out some solitaire/mah-jong from my trusty start menu, or I go and beat on some dough awhile. The second one takes more effort, but carries a bonus of tasty homemade bread. :3

My chillaxing game is Prince of Persia 2008. It has gorgeous graphics, beautiful music, and, most importantly, no game reloads. Even if you have repeat some motions, at least you won't die in the middle of it.

Same thing with Assassin's Creed. Sometimes I'll just load it up, climb to the roof, and run around for a while. It also has a very easy reload system.
