I have Lord of the Rings Battle for Middle Earth. That's all I got. I used to have Diablo and Starcraft but my computer is shit.

I like to keep my desktop clear. That said I have around 60 icons on a toolbar along the bottom of the screen, of which about a third are games or game related.

I used to have both my desktops covered in game icons, but everytime my screen went out (The cord was fucked) THey got rearranged so I ended up just putting all my desktop icons into folders on my desktop.

I got into a postapocalyptic kind of mood, so Fallout and the Stalkers got reinstalled.
Then I just felt like playing Mirror's Edge again.
Torchlight is just something that's wonderful at killing time, and Mass Effect 2 is not going to get uninstalled for a loong time. It's just too good.

I keep a clean desktop. 4 icons Maximum., I find it helps the stability of my system. It lowers memory usage and increases my ingame Frames-Per-Second by 5-10 compared to a desktop of 25 icons.
