I'm actually currently doing my rotation on O&G and it's definitely childbirth, simply if for the timeframe. Some women can be in early labour for nearly a day, having frequent painful contractions. That said you don't have hormones for a kick in the balls or the option of pethidine, nitrous oxide or an epidural. But it's still childbirth.

I'd like to answer this in the form of a SFW, but scary, picture:

*crosses legs* Childbirth is worse.
An episiotomy has local anaesthetic when they do it. It's only usually done if it's going to tear. A clean straight line is easier to stitch and heal than a zigzag on many levels.

Tell you what...let's wait until someone can do both and ask them. ;)
Is it possible for someone with XXY chromosomes to become pregant? If so it could be possible for someone to be kicked in the balls and become pregnant. That way we could sort this all out. For science!

I read an answer to this once saying that getting kicked in the balls must hurt more because you don't see men willingly going through that pain again. It amused me.

That sentence terrified me. Someone getting pregnant by being kicking in the balls? Science what hath thou wrought!

AFAICR, YYs are female with male body structures. Sadako was one in the original Ringu, they do have a scrotum but it's hidden deeply within the body.

Unfortunately, it's impossible for someone to have functional testicles and ovaries. Yeah, you're not interested in Lady Gaga anymore, are you?

I am going for the Jason manford way of thinking "no man has ever thought, you know what I fancey right now? A kick in the balls. Some women want more than one kid".

Though I think thigh cramp and getting an arm pit tattoo out rank both.

Giving birth is painful but most people are happy afterwards.
Getting kicked in the balls is painful then you feel ashamed.

I still voted birth.

I don't think anyone can answer that question, as you would have to experience both and then make a judgement call, and as far as I know, experiencing both is impossible.
Agreed... if I had no choice but to choose one then I'd say child birth as it goes on for hours, even days, and your trying to push something quite large through a smaller hole. I wont experience either though so I can't be sure how painful either would be.

Having experienced neither...it seems a no brainer that it would be giving birth...simply based on the duration alone. You'd be in pain giving birth for hours longer than a kick square in the nuts.

Stupid question.

In all honesty though, I don't think it's possible to describe the pain of being kicked in the balls. I know people say "it's the worst pain evar! Bro" but it actually is.

I've broken most bones in my body, been stabbed, cracked my skull, torn every ligament in my ankle (yeah all of them, tore all the anterior and medial ones, then stood up and got the rest.), being kicked in the balls trumped all of them by a large margin.

However, if you consider a natural childbirth with no medical aide, it would probably hurt more.

In a hospital, with drugs, no way.
I'm sorry but I've felt pain on drugs (heavy sedatives/pain killers), it still sucks a butt-load but the shit they do for pregnant women can knock people the fuck out, only adrenaline, other hormones, and pain keeps them awake.
What this guy is saying. My wife straight up told me that child birth was not that painful. She of course had the pain meds to help. What she said was bad about it, was simply how tiring it was for her. She so desperatily wanted it to be over, simply because she was so fatigued. She also said the epideral nullified all pain below her waist. She was sore for about 5 weeks after, but being sore will never be as bad as a quick and sudden pain, like being kicked in the balls or even punched in the tit.

I am still going to vote for childbirth though, because most parents say it leads to a total pain in the ass, for the rest of their lives.

Well If a woman gives birth, In a few years she wants to do it again. Kick a man in the balls and He'll NEVER ask for that again.

Well seeing as I have both given birth and been kicked in the testicles I can fairly judge which one is more painful.

Better than prolapse or incontinence later on in life.
