I've actually been really really itichin to play Wind Waker Lately. I never thought I'd ever say this, but I miss the Dam Gamecube. It got so much hate because it was simple. But it was simple FUN. I logged more hours into playing Wind Waker, Smash Bros, Twilight Princess(It was wayyyyyy better on the cube then the Wii in my opinion), and Resident Evil 4 Then I ever did my PS2 or Xbox. Looking back now I realise I didnt really know what I had in the Good ol' Cube.

I find it interesting that you didn't include Metroid Prime as an option in your poll. I'm pretty sure that out sold every single title in your list.
That being said, Metroid Prime is not my favorite. In fact, I've yet to play it. My favorite is Eternal Darkness. My friends and I have an inside joke regarding the time 3:13, which comes from this game (I know the game puzzle is 3:33, so don't correct me. We also call him Alexander Roivas instead of Edward Roivas. We're weird people).

I would say it's a tie between Wind Waker and Tales of Symphonia. I simply love both of those games and still play them every now and then.

yeah he/it is cool, too (actually i like all four Ancients... the concepts... damn, they need to remake this game! or i need to dust off my GC ^^), BUT i prefer women over men, crazy women over sane women, so a complete nutcase-schizo paranoid-hallucinatory multiple-personality goddess with AAAAWEsome voices is a win-win ...-win ^^
