Probably an Asari. Living for hundreds of years would be cool. Granted, I'd be female - not that I've anything against ladies, but that's against my identity. Granted, not exactly female - Asari don't have genders but they've got the look.
Drell might be interesting because they have perfect memories of their entire lives.

Out of the ones listed there, I think a Drell would suit me just fine. Perfect memory and an, above average, wiry strength sound really nice. And I can become the galaxy's deadliest assassin.

Much like the way the Disney Robin Hood film simultaneously launched 10,000 furries, 10,000 fans of classic English literature, and 10,000 devoted Disney haters, Garrus's performance in both games was enough to win me over to the Turian cause. Eh, I like being human. I'd say asari, but I like my dick too much and 1000 years without it would make me severely depressed.
I don't know enough about drell or turian so those are eliminated, and Krogan have those short stubby arms and are universally disliked by everyone.
